Padrón Peppers and Chorizo Skewers

Ingredients

12 wooden or bamboo skewers
1-2 pints Del Cabo Organic Padrón Peppers
4-6 hot dried chorizo sausages, sliced in 1" rounds
Sea salt


Directions

Soak skewers for 30 minutes in water. Heat grill to medium-high. Thread 2 peppers and two pieces chorizo onto each skewer. Grill, turning frequently, until peppers blister, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serves 4-6 as an appetizer.
