Melon Dessert Salad

Ingredients

1/2 honeydew melon
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 crenshaw melon
1/3 cup dry sherry or lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint


Directions

Seed, peel and cube the melons. In a medium bowl, toss the melon cubes with sherry and 2 tablespoons of mint. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors. Serve into decorative glasses, and garnish with a mint leaf. Serves 6.
