Betsy's Tango Mango Salsa

Great on grilled fish or chicken, or serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1/2 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped small
1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped small
1/4 cup cilantro leaves -chopped
1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste


Directions

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
